Satisfaction Guarantee:
 We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their order.  If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased from our online store (at we will gladly refund your order within 15 days from the original date of shipment*.
* a restocking fee of 20% is applied to all returns.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Due to Federal shipping regulations, Haz-Mat items cannot be returned.

We ship from our various manufacturers within the US and therefore, your order may arrive in different packages.
In the event an item is not in stock, we will contact you with the expected delay in ship

Shipping ChargesShipping charges in the on-line store are based on items being shipped individually. If ordering multiple items which can be packed together we will credit any savings from lower shipping costs and advise you.

Shipping Insurance:  Shipping is FOB ("Freight on Board") from the shipping the origin.  Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping costs.  Should you require UPS shipping insurance, please contact us for a quote.  Please note, UPS will only cover up to $100 per package in the case of loss or damage.  For high-ticket items, shipping insurance is recommended.  Comfort Institute is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we will do our best to help you with the claims process.

Shipping Damage:  Please contact both Comfort Institute and UPS directly within 48 hours of receipt of a damaged item. Save all packaging, as UPS will typically send an inspector out to look at the damaged package. The UPS claims page is here.  Please note, you can refuse delivery for damaged packages.

International shipping rates:
  Unfortunately we are unable to ship to locations outside the United Sates and Canada.

COD:  We are not able to process COD orders via our online store at this time.  Should you require COD, please contact us directly via phone (800)933-5656 or email.

Haz-Mat Shipping:
All Haz-Mat items are limited to UPS Ground or LTL Freight. Due to Federal shipping regulations, Haz-Mat items cannot be returned.
